Return Process

  Log in to your Kiyo Beauty account or use our Guest Portal to submit a return request using your order number and email address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
